Austin has a diverse background through sports, years of experience in physical therapy, as well as strength & conditioning. At Michigan State University, Austin spent 3 years as an intern at Spartan Performance where he spent time performing individual and team training, as well as running a strength & conditioning department at Portland High School. At the same time, Austin spent 2 years interning with the Michigan State University Olympic Strength & Conditioning Department gaining experience working with a wide variety of teams.
