Youth Jump-Start Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Most strength and conditioning programs are undertaken by athletes that are SIMPLY not ready for the challenges provided. A common thread in the youth athletic world.

2SP Sports has developed a Long-Term Athletic Model to provide your developing athlete with the appropriate tools and standards through their most formative years. Proper guidance and detail allow athletes to take advantage of the most pivotal time during their early sporting careers. Standards build the basis for a long-term journey and allow for a broader understanding of movement and expression. Early priority focuses on providing a wide base of movement knowledge. Earlier understanding allows younger athletes to take advantage of later opportunities as they physically mature.

Based on age and experience, athletes will be initially placed into one of the two groups, each led by a different coach. As training age develops, athletes will have the opportunity to advance through our foundational system.

  • 10 and 20-yard dash
