Annalise is from Woodhaven, Michigan and grew up playing travel hockey. After a successful youth career winning state and national championships, she moved on to play hockey at Adrian College. After discovering her passion for Strength & Conditioning, she transferred to Wayne State University and received her bachelors in Exercise Science. Annalise began as an intern at 2SP, in her final semester was brought on as a full-time coach to use her knowledge to help other athletes perform at high levels.
