At 2SP Sports we aim to meet the health & fitness needs of every client who walks into our facilities. Whether they be a professional athlete, an ex-athlete or someone just looking to get in shape.

We offer fitness training focused on strength, mobility, and cardio by using a variety of exercises, drills, and conditioning.

Whether you want that extra push by being in a group setting or you’d prefer a more personalized experience with one of our highly trained and certified coaches, we have what you are looking for.

TRAINING OPTIONS

One on One Training
Looking for a workout personalized for you? Our coaches will customize a workout plan to fit your needs that will make you feel better walking out than you felt coming in.

Small Group Training
Our small group training ranges from 3 to 6 people, but still allows for a customized program at a lower rate. Grab some friends or we can place you in a small group!

We provide a FREE session for all new members to assess your fitness level. This also allows us to go over our program options in person to make sure you are making the most of your training.
