Legacy Volleyball Club Team Training Program

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Legacy athletes are invited to participate in a end of season training program. The program will focus on:

  • Speed, agility, and plyometrics
  • Improve and maintain overall athleticism
  • Hip & knee strength for injury prevention

PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Program duration: October 26th – December 22nd

18 sessions – 2x per week
6:30-7:30 PM
Monday/Thursday -OR- Tuesday/Thursday

28 sessions – 3x per week
6:30-7:30 PM
Monday/Tuesday/Thursday
*Only 2 sessions the week of Thanksgiving & Christmas*
