ORGANIZATIONAL DISTANCE TRAINING

OVERVIEW

Our Distance Training program is an app based training program with demonstrations and instructions for each exercise assigned. Athletes are given a daily performance survey to track their nutrition, well-being, and game-readiness. Each athlete will receive 5 days of training for 4 weeks.

  • $40 fee ($2 per session)
  • 4 weeks of training | 5 days a week | 20 sessions
  • Access to a Facebook support group
  • Equipment is optional, but not needed

4 Training Level Options

  • Level 1: Bodyweight
  • Level 2: Light dumbbells
  • Level 3: Light dumbbells, med balls, & resistance bands
  • Level 4: Full gym

We’ll be running two sign-up sessions:

  • April 6 – May 1 | Registration ends April 12
  • May 4 – May 29

*Programs will be available within 24 hours after registration. If you register after the start date on Friday-Saturday programs may not be available to you until the following Monday.*
